    Just like prospective candidates are encouraged to talk to students to find out the fit, people should be encouraged to talk to employees to find out their fit. This small step makes a big difference in the long run in my opinion.

I think this piece sometimes is missing in MBA program blog, but quite crucial for career switchers. Thanks!
